Set XP
This command can be used to set a user to a specific amount of XP on demand. The user you want to set XP to, does not need to have prior XP. If the user you want to set XP to does however have prior XP, it will be removed and they will only have the amount of XP you've specified.
The appropriate user level will be calculated from the total amount of XP the user has.
Where < > implies an optional parameter
p!setxp <User> <Amount>
