Remove XP

Description
This command can be used to remove a user's XP on demand. The user you want to remove XP from needs to have prior XP.
The appropriate user level will be calculated from the total amount of XP the user has.
Command Structure
Where < > implies an optional parameter
p!removexp <User> <Amount>
